Tell us the room, the number and the date

Those three things decide almost everything else. You get a feasibility note within two working days — what is possible in that building on that date, what the authority will want to see, and what it will roughly cost.

What happens next

1We read it properly
One of the two of us reads every enquiry. If the date is already gone or the format does not fit any of our buildings, you hear that first, in the reply.
2Feasibility note, two working days
A short written note: which building, what capacity is realistic, what the permit route looks like, and the cost band. No slides.
3Site visit
Ninety minutes on the ground, including the parts we will refuse. Bring your technical lead if you have one.
4Quote and permit route
A quote with the safety and permit package priced separately, and a dated plan for the applications the authority needs to see.

Site visits also run on Saturdays and in the evening — the buildings look different in the dark, and that is usually when you will use them.
